- Cost Rate = leave blank.
- Department = drop down box – choose.
- Designation = drop down box – choose.
- Print off new time cards.

Debtor's Account.
Under normal circumstances, it would also be appropriate to create an account for the employee in the Debtor Account Details section. The account code would begin with 'AAA...' to identify them quickly as a staff member. The account code would need to be entered as part of the employee details for regular laundry charges etc. and staff purchases from the store to properly accrue as is normally the case.
